I take a complete medical, lifestyle and environmental history. Review your most recent blood work ( please email via pdf to Rooted 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time). A physical examination of the scalp and hair, as well as a microscopic analysis and assessment of your scalp and hair will be taken at this appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 48 hours to reschedule or to cancel your appointment. You will be required to pay in full if failure to give 48 hours notice. You will be charged for missed appointments.
